The garden is a beautiful and peaceful place to visit. There is lots to see over our 18 acre site including a rock garden, rhododendron glade, pond, pinetum and much more! We are also busy developing our new and exciting Tangled Bank area in the garden, which will showcase the very best of Fife’s habitats. It’s also a great spot to bring a picnic, we have lots of spaces in the garden that are perfect for a picnic.
The garden is home to lots of wildlife too. We have red squirrels in the garden, and a great variety of birds and insects too.
We have seasonal self-guided family trails around the garden which are free with garden entry. We also have a new natural play area in the garden. There are six fun play structures: the scramble ropes, plank walk, climbing tree, stump jump, Eucalyptus log and stepping stone walk.
This summer we are please to offer the Rambler’s Pass! For £15, passholders have unlimited visits to the Botanic Garden for one household during July and August 2021.
