Biodiversity & Horticulture Workshops

Discover botany, biodiversity, ecology and horticulture through our specialist workshop programme. Led by local experts, including members of our Garden & Conservation team, join our varied and inspiring programme of ID workshops, horticulture skills sessions and classes.

From half a day to 6 weeks, we have an excellent programme of workshops to help you expand your skills and knowledge – from local wildflower identification to tree propagation. These workshops will help you explore our key themes and projects in depth, alongside likeminded people who are passionate about gardens and conservation.

These workshops can be booked using our Events page, or contact our Visitor Centre team at info@standrewsbotanic.org for more information.

For short, guided walks and seasonal gardening tips, please also head to our Events page and look for our Walks with Our Team event series. Here you’ll also find our Lunchtime Lecture programme, a series of monthly talks and demonstrations from experts in horticulture, ecology, conservation and community engagement.

Learn more about our educational activities in our Adult Learning and Education sections.
