Mindfulness in the Garden

Mindfulness meditation at St Andrews Botanic Garden is an hour of guided meditation practice from an experienced teacher. The class includes breath awareness, mindful movement and body scan exercises which help invigorate the body and refresh the mind. It suits both beginners and more experienced, and is an excellent way to start the day.
Individual sessions cost £9, or £30 for a four week block. Tickets must be reserved via Eventbrite and you can pay on the day at the garden. To book a four week block simply reserve four sessions and the discount will be applied when you come to pay.
Please be aware that these sessions are entirely outdoors. We may need to change the date of the session if the weather forecast is bad, but we will be in touch to let you know.
